SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed before 12PM CET will be processed the same day and handed over to the courier from our warehouse facility located in Poland the next business day. Orders ship via DHL and take 2-5, 5-10 business days to arrive depending on customer location. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and destination country. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be accompanied with an #RMA obtained from a customer service rep at Raw Elements. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping cost cannot be returned.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR MIS-SHIPMENTS
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out.
